The employees are very kind, really kind. They let me and my friend (both 13 so we really only wanna play with the phones) see the dummy phones, ask questions about us, just over all quite kind. And they let's us have free toys, yay.

Very friendly, helpful and patient with my elderly mum who was looking to replace a simple 3g phone. Finlay had lots of time to try to help someone he was never going to make much money from, and helped my mum (erm?and me too!) get things clearer in her head.

I popped into my Local O2 Dumfries Store to ask a question. A member of staff approached ( his name was DUNCAN ) and he was able to help me out in simple form. DUNCAN also had a look at what Tariff I was on and got that changed to a better one. DUNCAN had excellent customer service and I was happy with his help. Thank you DUNCAN

I had to go into the store today to resolve an issue with my new phone after the delivery company had delivered to wrong address. Was served by Mackenzie who was absolutely fantastic and a credit to your store. Nothing was a bother and he got everything sorted out for me.

Trying to get them to answer the land line phone is like trying to find hens teeth! No ansafone, no message of any sort, just a constantly ringing tone !! Definitely not good enough ???
