Phoned first to see if I could have a statement printed . The member of staff who took my call was very helpful. Visiting the branch I found the staff professional, listened to my needs and dealt with it in a quick and friendly manner. Great customer service. Unfortunately not the same could be said from my initial call to the call centre.

Never had a problem in 12 years. Enough said really. Can be busy but surely that's a good thing.
