Sadly Morrisons going down the pan not just this branch but the 8 or so O visit. Dirty badly stocked butchers aprons on most products ( union Jack's to sassenachs) worst jine in history of jingles special offers advertised with 5p would you believe the loyalty card can take ten year to get a fiver. Home delivery send out of date products unbelievable substitutes and customers services and dead outs toe nail would be disgruntled with. Nope 6 years ago Morrisons my fav even lidle and aldi better in all ways than them now. Staff have couldn't careless antiqued from where all problems start.

I am a very regular and loyal Morrisons shopper. But I must admit tonight I am disappointed
As the weather has been so hot I decided to shop this evening. I will not do that again!!!!
There was nobody serving at the meat counter and the shelves around the store were empty or the products were so far back on the shelf I could hardly reach them!!
I understand that you cannot staff the sore all day with the same high level of staff but surely there should have been staff on the meat counter and staff tidying the shelves.
I will continue to shop in Dumfries Store but will have to make sure Im in during the day!!!!

Staff friendly, especially the lady who worked the pizza counter on Monday. Could see she was very busy with a full work load and still served with a great attitude and took extra care in preparation with food allergies

Sadly this store has gone down hill. It looks grubby, the garden plants outside are so messy, stuff all over the place. Most of the plants look like they should be in the bin. Inside at the flower section there seemed to be more reduced plants than fresh ones.
The staff are not the friendliest, scared to ask them anything !! Also found it very expensive, such as shame as I used to like Morrisons
