First Class! I bought my partner an engagement ring from Monaghans and the team in store made the experience special. The ring is absolutely stunning and incredible quality. From first enquiry, to purchase and even adjusting the ring same same day, I cannot speak highly enough of everything. Thank you all. I have a very happy fiancé.

We brought my niece and son to get their ears pierced and we couldn?t be happier with the hospitality and results. I just want to say a big thank you to the amazing lady Cherise who did the piercings. My niece was really nervous and Cherise was so patient and kind towards her.
I even went back the next day for mine done!
Three people, no problems, 100% recommend.

Absolutely incredible service, I purchased an item online yesterday and it arrived next day - despite the stock saying it was on back order. It arrived much sooner than I had expected and they had also taken care to tipex out a surprise I had mentioned on the order notes before sending. I suspect they may have paid extra delivery for it to get here sooner.
Thoughtful, and swift company that I will absolutely use in the future for jewellery purchases ??

Took our daughter this morning to get her ears pierced. She had them done before somewhere else but we ended up having to take them out.
The staff today were lovely, made my girl feel so comfortable and she is over the moon with her new earrings. Highly recommend x

I took my watch in for repair and was served by a young lady with the name of Ava who was most helpful and very customer orientated .
This young lady is credit to the company and provided me with the highest standard of service possible. I highly recommend Monaghans for their excellent service .

Just picked up a diamond ring that was repaired by Fraser in the shop. What a fabulous job he has done! It is sparkling like new! Always get first class service in this lovely family run jewellers! They have some gorgeous stock too!

Was recommended this jeweller by a friend that had commented on their great service. Unfortunately for me this was not the case.
I took my engagement ring in to be resized; the staff were a bit cold and uninterested but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was told I would receive a phone call with an estimate and it would take 7-10 days to be resized which was fine by me.
10 days later I call to chase up the progress after not having any contact; not even the promised estimate.
On this phone call I was told the ring hadn?t been sent to the external goldsmith as it was too high value? Something I was not told about when I dropped it off, if it was unsuitable I would have taken it elsewhere and was unhappy to hear it wouldn?t be done in house. I was then told it would take 7-10 days. When I explained I had already waited this period I was met with attitude and accusation that I had been told this.
I was given plenty of excuses, ring not sent/ring too expensive/goldsmith on holiday/goldsmith having an operation. (None of their excuses were consistent) waited 3 weeks in total and the way the staff spoke to me was quite rude and blunt. With the exception of one member of staff, I believe she was called Sherri/Cheri? She is credit to your company and frankly the only one who helped.
I would have had no issue with a 3 week wait if they?d have been transparent. Lost absolute faith and took my ring elsewhere.

Excellent service. I took jewellery in to be repaired and they could not have been more helpful. When some other issue was found, they were prompt in contacting me and explaining what needed to be done. I'd definitely go back. And their jewellery is lovely. I saw quite a few things I'd like to buy.

Came to the shop looking for a Necklace, bracelet and earrings set for my wedding day. I was served by a lovely woman called Olivia . She was really pleasant and had all the time for us to hunt out the perfect set! So happy with my choice and can't wait to wear it! Thank you ?

Meant to review them monthsss ago but here we are. I brought my grans watch in a couple months ago as it wasn?t working, was too big on me and was missing its turner. This is a very sentimental watch to me having lost her recently and they did amazingly. The two girls who served me (wish I got their names) were super lovely and considerate and really helpful and I got my grans watch back looking better than before. I now get to wear this thanks to them.
