Staff are only nice to their favourite regulars, the second they hear that I'm not from here ( even though i lived in dumfries for 8 years)their attitude towards me changes very quickly, they are rude and abrupt, the only two decent staff in there are the young man and the elderly man. Yodle printer has no lables as staff member forgot to order them, this should be updated on the system or a note on the door so I dont have to stand and wait. When I mentioned this the staff member was incredibly rude to me. Needless to say I will never go back here . Female staff need an attitude adjustment and need to stop being xenophobic. I work, I pay my taxes, I don't claim benefits,

The shop is rammed full, and stacked high with crap. What ever the normal Morrisons prices are at the moment stick 50p plus on it per item? the staff are miserable and have zero customer service skills. If you?re wanting a sandwich or a drink ? best be quick as the shelves are always bare. On the plus side ? the cash machine is usually working and clean with no puke over the buttons ;)

Staff kind are alway aware of you at the till,even if you think your being ignored. They would rather rectify your grievance if you have one at the time. If you believe products could be faulty/Out of Date ,all you need is to ask for a receipt.
Personally I cannot fault the staff however someone should look into the prices x

Awful staff and experience. Ignored me at the counter while staff carried on conversation then told me they had enough parcels and couldn't take mine as too full and busy.

Everything that you need from paypoint to lottery to parcels, food very friendly staff go above and beyond to help customers even taking shopping to cars for customers that are struggling to do so themselfs in this troubled times is very rare definitely 5 stars from me and add another 5 ??

Local shop for most things. All essentials and most papers/magazines stocked. Local staff known to most folk , friendly, helpful, and in these times of Covid have been a game changer for local.folk. Easy to pop in for bits forgotten from main shopping, or great for others having trouble getting shopping. Handy for "drop in" shopping, and not that expensive.

So me and my friend wanted to buy some nibbles and a yazoo but it was too expensive and I was at a different shop before and it was way cheaper for both of them and my friend didn?t have enough money, I would prefer if you lower your prices please :)
