Staff are only nice to their favourite regulars, the second they hear that I'm not from here ( even though i lived in dumfries for 8 years)their attitude towards me changes very quickly, they are rude and abrupt, the only two decent staff in there are the young man and the elderly man. The shop is rammed full, and stacked high with crap. What ever the normal Morrisons prices are at the moment stick 50p plus on it per item… the staff are miserable and have zero customer service skills. Staff kind are alway aware of you at the till,even if you think your being ignored. They would rather rectify your grievance if you have one at the time. If you believe products could be faulty/Out of Date ,all you need is to ask for a receipt. Personally I cannot fault the staff however someone should look into the... read full comment
