Local dealers and Vauxhall UK couldn't help in my search for a particular part for my car!I then started to call dealers further afield and luckily came across Mark B in James Haugh's parts department who couldn't have done more to help!As a result of his time and actions the required parts arrived within 24hrs at a nominal postage fee!If this is how one department of this dealership runs I'd have no hesitation recommending them on any level!Very professional and customer service at its best!Thankyou very much and my experience has been first class ?Ian

I had been looking at cars online at this dealer for a few weeks and then we went in have a look at a particular Vauxhall. Lee Austin showed us the car and answered all the questions we had thoroughly. We took the car for a test drive and decided to buy it. Lee guided us through the purchase process, making everything simple and straightforward. He even called us to see if we would like the car earlier when they had had a workshop cancellation for another vehicle. When we picked up the car he explained all the buttons and gadgets before we left. Overall the experience of buying from James Haugh was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have been a happy customer of this garage for over 30 years. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and reliable and have kept my various vehicles safe and well maintained over this extended period. Their charges are very reasonable, clear and fair compared with other car manufacturer dealerships I have experienced. They are very conveniently located within walking distance of the town centre and are happy to service and repair non-Vauxhall or MG vehicles as well.

Brilliant to work with. Raymond Reid was incredibly knowledgeable, really took note of my requirements and found me a car that was exactly what I (both) wanted and needed. I?m not especially clued up on cars and was finding the whole car shopping experience a bit of a minefield, but Raymond was very upfront with me about the pros and cons of the different models I was considering, explained the specifications clearly and what sort of features and policies I would and wouldn?t need for my lifestyle, rather than try force a sale. Really put my needs as a customer first and foremost (which hadn?t been my experience ant some of the other dealerships I was looking into) and the customer service has been excellent from the start. Much appreciated, and thanks again to Raymond who made buying my car a straightforward and enjoyable experience for me.
