“I was actually writing a review for MURRAY'S, a new pet food shop, located on the same site as the Gulf garage, situated on the Glasgow Road in Dumfries.What a wonderful shop, filled with a magnificent selection of not only food, but also medication for your pets. As you go in the entrance, you will be met by what looks like a life size model of a horse! That was a surprise!Go down the stairs to the second floor where they have all sorts of items for your horses, houses for cats and dogs. A really wide selection of food, accessories and other bits and pieces, that are a 'must have' for your 5 or 2 legged pet and companion.We had gone in for a certain brand of cat food, everywhere we normally buy it was out of stock. We happened to mention that we hadn't been able to find it, and the staff went out of their way to see if they could order it in. They called me the next day to apologise that they couldn't get hold of that type of cat food, and were SO apologetic!The whole experience of shopping in MURRAY'S, was down to the wonderful staff, who were so friendly and went out of their way to help us.I can't recommend this new pet shop, highly enough, and will definitely shop there again.”

“Every year we are going from NI to Europe by DFDS from Newcastle upon Tyne.All the time we are doing a break at this station. They have everything - food, cofee, extra accessories for cars. Toilets are really clean. Friendly staff. Highly recommended”
