I was down at my local store Tuesday looking for a steam cleaner didn't have the one I wanted so the shop assistant who I was talking to was very helpful saying she could have it the store the next day then 8 get a message Wednesday saying it was there very happy with everything

Went I to get my x box repaired, said they'd be right with me. They got back to me 35 minutes later they said they can't do anything because I didn't buy it from their store in the last 12 months, but I'd dosnt say anything about that on their website
