Only branch in Dumfries and Galloway yet told that everything has to be done on line. They don’t process any applications in person and could not answer basic queries about products stating all terms and conditions were on line

Went in the Dumfries branch to sort of a new isa and a savings account, They couldn't of been more helpful 1st class service

Pleasant and professional staff. Has the same issue as the other banks, opening and closing hours could be better. Anyone who works long hours hardly gets a chance to go without taking time off work!
