I normally really like this shop however when I was here yesterday with my son he had found a coin by the tills and the staff member demanded that he give it to her as 'it's not yours'
He didn't tell me until we had left and id asked why he was acting so sad, I'm not happy with how he was spoken to so rude by a member of the staff, he has special needs and had been on the look out so he could try the gumball machine in the centre of the loreburn centre. The staff should perhaps work on their customer service as many people have hidden needs and its hard enough to get my son to go out to shops with me.

The lady in the shop was so polite and friendly. Good selection if you want christmas cards. Nice shop not too cramped so can get round in wheelchair.

Usual stuff at present, queue up and wait for the go ahead to enter. I'm getting a bit p------ of with being treated like a leper. However the staff were very good, just following the rules. Shopping is unpleasant until they finally get some normality back.

This shop is full to the brim, with anything you ccould possibly want or need for someone's birthday, christening, retirement, sympathy' wedding, christening or any special occasion. They have cards, balloons, gift wrap, bags and gifts galore. All of the cards are very reasonable and there is an awful lot of choice. They can even sell you stamps. The shop is situated just inside the Loreburn Center in Dumfries.
