Unfortunately one member of staff let you down. You had a old side board clock for 20 pounds but key missing.I do donate items but today I liked the clock and asked if they would take 15 but tall thin man said no in a blunt way. So I asked if they could knock of a couple of pounds as key missing ,Just said no and walked past me as if I wasn't there. Very rude person who needs customer training. I left feeling like a unvalued customer, but it's ok to happily take items I donate. Not anymore.

Now is the best time to buy and invest in cryptocurrency.
Trading with a trusted account manager is what can make your dreams come through, Mr George Robert has the best trading strategies to win. I thought of that when I saw a post recommending him in a page here on Facebook, until I gave him a try and the outcome was great for me. Making over 3.488978 Bitcoins (BTC) which is equivalent to $98,950 out of $2000 first trade was a whole lot of profit for me. The Crypto market has potentials to create unimaginable wealth. you can contact him via Whatsapp helpline: +1 (706)659-0437

Good. But prices can be expensive. To buy a mattress and base separate.

I'm commenting on their furniture pick-up, which I would highly recommend. Stuck in during lockdown, we decided 2 large wardrobes needed a new home. I booked a pickup online, then was called by the local organiser who explained everything we needed to do to be safe. Today, 2 young men arrived early and have both heavy wardrobes were in the van by 9am. We were really pleased it all went so smoothly.

Today I have spoken to the most unhelpful person I have encountered for a long time.In the Dumfries Lorburn store I rang to ask if I could reserve a table and four chairs and pay today. There are no payment facilities to do so which I accepted. When asking to reserve them until next Saturday he said they couldn?t as they needed the storage. Now given the items are not particularly large and there has been dining furniture in the same shop for weeks!! Also there is a large holding area at the rear of the shop I really object to this argument. When asking to speak to the Manager he said she will say the same thing.I have always supported BHF and particularly at this store but this negativeattitude has really made me think again. Being so intransigent when all charities are under pressure is something that BHF can ill afford.

Hello potential donators. Be aware. Went into the shop to know I donate a corner wardrobe. The young lady took my details and we set a date for collection.
So on the day the wardrobe cleared and ready - doors off and sections apart so it could be taken out. Biggest section 150 cms long (i.e. double wardrobe size).
The result??? two young men who said they felt they had not been told it was a corner wardrobe, they felt they could not take the wardrobe sections out of the house, nor did they have someone 'build it up'.
So, I pointed out
a) that the young lady had not asked for further details.
b) that the wardrobe did come in to the house, in its sections, no bother, and
c) there are only a couple of bolts to put what sections you want back together. Doors are easy.
Makes me wonder ............................ So have the Heart Foundation now lost one of their repeat donators of clothes, house stuff and furniture?

To expensive. I have and old TV and my old scart socket free view box broke so i went looking around the charity shops for another one because you cant by them in stores any more because they are to old. They shouldn't be any more than £5 that would be maximum price to pay i seen 1 yes but it was £10 unbelievable!
