On Wednesday 21st of May, at 11.50am there was a wonderful lady on the till woth short blonde hair, and lots of badges on her lanyard. I was at the till with a young teenager with additional support needs and she had a great interest in the screen, this lady allowed the young lady to watch the screen whilst scanning the next customers shopping and then she let the teen scan the last few items. This completely made her day and it would be lovely for the time she spent with the teen to be recognised. Thank you

Good selection of household goods.
only 1 member of staff serving, causing a long wait. oh, and it was freezing in the shop. we actually cut short our shopping to leave and warm up elsewhere.

Useful store for many things, not as inexpensive as it was once was and now some items are more expensive than a well known supermarket which is not right for a budget shop. One of my biggest gripes with this store and the main reason for low score is because of the way they insist on barracading up the opening at the front door is that you have to walk all the way round the store squeezing past people in a narrow isle with baskets and stuff cluttering it up even more to get something that is near the doors and tills, I realise the marketing behind this but for me it has the opposite effect and and I find extremely annoying to the point it actually makes me go elsewhere if I'm just nipping in for something quickly. I know this might sound petty but shopping should not be made more difficult than it needs to be and if I wanted biscuits or tinned food etc I'd go and find it and purchase it, the fact that I'm forced to walk past it just makes me determined not to buy extra
