Friendly efficient service.

Love the fact that if my washing machine breaks down, Argos will deliver a new one to me quickly, and take the old one away cheaply to recycle. No interest on most white goods up to 18 months using the Argos card. Staff are friendly and helpful at Nov 2022.

Really great service today. Went in with my husband to buy two bathroom cabinets. Lady on till could not have been nicer or more helpful, double checking prices for us. Also helped by another member of staff who took the heavy boxes to the back door. Which allowed my husband to get them straight into our car. Many thanks.

DO NOT buy directly from a store as Argos will NOT give you a refund by bank, you will have to go back to the store to get your money back. I am disabled and no transport and they still forced me to pick up my money from the store and refused to refund my money back to my bank. I would never buy from a store again, its so much hassle and customer support has been a nightmare, this morning they put the phone down on me despite me being polite. I have a really bad tremor and find telephoning very difficult. Now I have to get a taxi which will cost £40 in order to get a refund for a defective product

What's the point in showing a product on sale then when you click on it it's not available unless I travel 179 miles shocking a bet once it's full price again it'll be back in stock local what a joke

Argos is the type of store where you can really buy anything you need. An extensive range of jewellery, watches, earrings etc, which make beautiful Christmas or birthday presents. If you are needing a large item, such as a shed for the garden, they will deliver but obviously they will charge. From washing machines, tumble dryers, all sorts of toys from the youngest child up to a teenager, can be purchased here.A fantastic selection of electrical items are shown in their colourful catalogue, you can order in store and collect/have it delivered, or order using a phone or mobile. It is easy to see each item on the 'tablet's' that they have in store. Of course you mustn't forget to buy batteries for all of the Christmas toys that will need them too. Argos has just about everything under one roof, including the kitchen sink I'm sure.

I bought the last pc monitor, and even though it was unpacked, I took it home. But there is no power as adapter inside, but gave me a mouse, what you think how to connect!

Need to learn some manners. No, I won't be buying from Argos ever again.

Was at point of making a £259 purchase when the attitude of the guy telling me to pull my mask up struck home and I took my wallet elsewhere he wasn't carrying a white stick so he must have seen my disabled lanyard and NHS excemption badge my shadow will not dall on that door again I have a biblical memory for petty behaviour

I was disgusted with the guy who served me, I bought things for my daughters birthday and paid for them online, when I went to collect the guy was very rude. He said they where not essential things but allowed it this time. If that was the case why still sell the items.

Staff are very rude especially the manager, your not allowed to buy anything then realise its unsuitable and you try return it and they refuse. that is £250 down the drain. The manager's attitude absolutely stinking i won't be going back.

The guy doing security on the door was able to give me detailed tech support! Helpful desk staff too.

Every time you buy a mobile from any Argos stores anywhere the security tab has been cut and tape put on top? The staff were very polite and smiling making you feel welcome.

Not worth paying in advance as you end up queueing in the same line as everyone else. The store is the bleakest Argos I've been in and the staff are not the friendliest.
