Took my wedding dress in after reading reviews. The person who served me we was not very nice told me my dress could only be dry cleaned if it was 100% silk they would machine wash it and I would have no comeback if anything went wrong. This did not fill me with confidence and left feeling very disheartened.

I rarely let rudeness get to me but I have just collected my ironing from Annan Road dry cleaners. They had initially washed my already -washed -and -dried -clothing instead of ironing it .I then went to collect it only to be told it had been washed ( still not ironed). I politely said I would return today to collect it ironed as requested . I was then told by the female member of staff it was me who had been incorrect and that I had asked for a ?dry? - my clothes were already washed and dry!! Her manner was rude and unprofessional to a customer who had already had one wasted trip to collect her ironing . This kind of treatment of a customer is not acceptable .

Service was great! Very friendly reliable and great price! Kevin and the girls worked wonders on my wedding dress and 4 bridesmaids dresses. They were covered in drink and dirt when I dropped them off and tbh I thought there was no saving them but on collection they were spotless! Could not fault.

Took a tie in to be dry cleaned, the woman behind the counter said it was too much hassle. When I asked if there was anything I could do she just said rub ?something? on it. Terrible service

Fabulous job on the covers of a three piece suite. Kevin gave us expert advice on the best cleaning method. The covers were delivered back home this morning just damp enough to stretch them back on the suite again. They'd been laundered yesterday and hung up to partially dry. With years of grime removed, the covers look like new and they went on with no more difficulty that it took to remove them (tight fitting covers). Thank you!
