Thank you to everyone involved in Wilkie's (especially Valerie) for my eye test and my glasses. You were a pleasure to deal with in every aspect of my eyecare. My test was done on time, it was relaxed and trouble-free, my glasses were ordered and arrived early. There was some confusion with my prescription sunglasses which was resolved without any further confusion (I think it was my fault anyway for not explaining myself clearly) and, in every way, Wilkie's made me feel that my eyes and my sight were the most important things they were dealing with at all times. More than happy to commend and recommend the team at Wilkie's in Dumbarton - thank you to all.

Wilkie and Rider has been my opticians for 26 years and I absolutely wouldn't dream of switching. Every member of staff is friendly and helpful, most even know me by name. They're accommodating beyond belief, regularly go above & beyond on my behalf, and the quality of care received every single time I have to go for an appointment is second to none.

Visited this store for a mother's day necklace a few weeks ago after being told to avoid the Alexandria store I have never been to store where people actually make it hard for you to buy something got help from someone called Gill or something I think who was moaning about having to take the display model from the window when all staff's backs were turned I just walked out I was pretty drained by the whole experience
