We recently got a new kitchen fitted by Kitchen Depot Dumbarton. Ritchie and his team were very professional, very efficient and very helpful. The two fitters Jack and Kieran were excellent. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. End result a beautiful stunning kitchen which we are delighted with.

My mum had a new kitchen fitted a few months ago and paid for a washer dryer as part of the deal. When the kitchen was fitted, the cheapest washing machine was installed with no dryer. On complaining, a family member was told a washer dryer was too big which is a lie. No replacement washer/dryer was offered or money refunded for the difference in price between the machines. The sales person was good but they were dishonest when the company was faced with an issue. I would not recommend The Kitchen Depot as a result of their dishonesty and not rectifying their mistake which would have been a simple fix.

Love my new kitchen. Vinny was so helpful and I loved the design. The fitters were fab, any issues were corrected and they were so helpful aswell. I'm very pleased with my kitchen. Overall good experience.

I have been left with no other option but to write this Google review due to the fact i am now getting ignored with my complaint.This is the state of my kitchen from the Kitchen Depot in Dumbarton. I got a clerk of works out who did a report on how badly fitted and dangerous it was and the quality of the units were awful.I told the owner at the time that the units were peeling off and I was assured they would be replaced. I took him at his word and trusted he would follow it through but unfortunately he has not.I am now having to go to trading standards as the Kitchen Depot in Hillington who took over my case are not responding to correspondence after assurances that they would.Appalling customer service.

Highly recommend Vincent at the kitchen depot, Dumbarton for all his help with designing our new kitchen. The fitter Scott and his team were absolutely incredible and I can't thank them enough for the amazing job they did. The tiler Liam also did an amazing job on walls and floors. 5 stars everyone!

Would recommend kitchen depot Dumbarton and Vincent for all his help in designing our kitchen. Can?t believe the transformation and the difference it has made to our home. All the guys coming in and fitting the kitchen were excellent, clean and tidy workers. Thanks again.

I got a new kitchen over two years ago and it?s great. However I got a new dishwasher and despite what I?d been told they are NOT all the same size! After it was installed the kick board beneath it needed a tiny sliver cut out. I contacted Kitchen Depot and a team came to fix it - free of charge. I said to get the bill sent but was told ?we installed the kitchen so we fix it?. I think that?s pretty good service! It?s these small things that make the difference.

Absolutely love our new kitchen ?? Many thanks to Vincent who came to see our old kitchen and helped us with the design of new one! Went down to showroom where we picked worktops, units and appliances etc and within just three weeks the work commenced! Many thanks also to Jack and Rio who are a credit to the company - excellent workmanship and couldn?t do enough for us ? Thanks also to the other tradesmen who came - painter/plasterers/electrician/ and to Stuart who fitted a new back door and window too ? Anyone looking for a new Kitchen should seriously consider using The Kitchen Depot as the service is excellent and no pushy salesmen at all which is what we liked x Have posted photos of our new kitchen and couple of photos of before !!
