Made an appointment online, arrived at the store, there was almost no waiting time, the staff were attentive and polite. The eye examination was rapid but thorough, the equipment used was up to date and immaculately clean. After the examination my options and the results of the tests were explained clearly, and I left the store completely satisfied with the experience.

Customer service is deplorable. Appointment made for 28/11/23 for glasses fitting. Next day realised i had a funeral to go to on the same day and time. Tried to phone but didn't get to speak to anyone, left a message for them to call me back, Sunday and still heard nothing so, unfortunately will have to miss my friends funeral. Rediculous for such a big firm

Wife got eye checked as blurry and found she had a mini stroke. Specsavers Dumbarton High Street promptly checked her vision and advised to go to Doctors and if not A and E. Great friendly optician seen fairly quickly as appointment made for later in the day. Enabled to rule out eye problem with being checked out by optician with life saving advice so get your eyes checked. So very greatful for service and advice highly recommended.

Having made the mistake of purchasing cheaper/inferior specs online I was very happy with the professional service I received at Specsavers Dumbarton. All the staff were very attentive and genuinely interested in helping me throughout the process.
