Tried to phone and ask about post-office times but just rings out . Not lugging parcels down for them to be closed like the last time. The place is a joke!! Giving one star because it won't let me give none

If you are a student or worker trying to pick up your BRP save your time and arrange to do so at the university or elsewhere. Workers are extremely rude and turn you away. People were in line since 6AM to get their BRP as they only do a certain amount a day. I went Thursday and they told me to come back as they only do 100 a day. I came back the next day an hour prior to opening and there was about 30 people ahead of me. They only gave out around 25 instead, told students to go away and threatened to call the police if we did not leave. Avoid

Post office in morrisons dailly dumbarton high street. It is a shambles. The post office should habe been kept at the back of the shop. And where are, all the lovely staff ee used to have. Ones in shop so unhelpful

Would give this negative stars if I could. No idea who the woman was that served me. But she was a larger woman with blonde hair I think. Was so unbelievably rude made me cry walking out the place. Her attitude is horrible, I suffer from social anxiety and have never sent a parcel before was just trying to ask her questions on what to do and she had such a horrible attitude and mean tone when talking to me, was very patronising. Ended up leaving crying

Rarely open as advertised, frequently unavailable.
The only good thing is the one guy who seems to be holding the place together.
The rest of the staff there act as if you're an inconvenience for wanting Post Office services.

Missing parcels/ letters on multiple occasions. Posted here but never scanned out. Think the team sit down together and the end of their shift and decide what parcels & letters everyone fancies going home with that day.

Staff very unhelpful and inexperienced. Tried to return a parcel to amazon and member of staff was asking me how she should do this, she could not scan my QR code and basically kept saying? I don't know what to do? buzzed for a colleague twice to attend for help, they never appeared. I had to leave and go to another post office where my return was done in less than 1 minute.

Shambles of a place could not renew the photo on my driving licence because they don't have a tablet linked up had to travel to Clydebank to get some kind of service and the staff there were so nice

Our company attempted to post a parcel here. The employee at the post office counter immediately said he was going on a break as soon as we arrived with the parcel. Nobody else to help or take the parcel. Terrible service and complete laziness from M at the post office who clearly wanted to avoid doing any work. If a customer enters with a parcel and you are standing next to the counter, serve the customer first and then go on your break, or at least have someone available to fill in for them. Had to wait 20 mins on the guy returning. Pathetic customer service and very rude staff.
