Yeah really inviting with a positive outcome not everyone is happy if you have to wear glasses but at least with optical express but with friendly staff to accommodate your needs with a very good selection you will friendly memory of glasses and lens to choose from ??

The Optician (brian?) and pre eye tester (Laura)? were fantastic. However, the receptionist was very abrupt and unwelcoming. I would not have commented on her, however when I returned to collect my specs, two ladies were leaving the shop and I overheard them saying the same. Maybe a training in public politeness would help. I shall not be back to this store in Dumbarton.
