I popped into the shop on Dumbarton high street to see if they could fix the nose pad of my glasses even though the glasses were bought somewhere else the staff said no problem and fixed them in less than five minutes free of charge. Embarrassingly, I hadn’t had my eyes tested in a while, and, well, I’ve had the same pair of glasses for 12 years. I know, right! You’d have thought I was a regular, though, given the friendly greeting and professionalism of everyone in the shop.
