I cannot recommend David Muir enough. I dealt mostly with Louise and Tracey during the sale of my house and both were fantastic at keeping me up to date with everything and answering any questions I had. The sale of my house didn?t go to plan unfortunately due to my buyers side, but they always reassured me and managed to do more for me than my solicitors ever did. Thanks for a great service.

Avoid at all costs
Totally unprofessional, sold my house but was totally on side of buyer , made little effort to promote sale.
Biggest mistake I ever made, I could have got a lot more with another estate agent .

David Muir is not a man to do business with. He is currently a director of Alclutha Homes Limited, alongside his side kick Steven Hutton. Between the two of them, they have conned innocent, trusting customers out of thousands of pounds. This company, Alclutha Homes Limited, is about to be struck off and they have received countless petitions over the years from people trying to get their money back. Itâ??s all there on the London Gazette! Alclutha Homes is the company which owns loads of little companies, one of which is called The Real Log Company. This company appears to get people to pay their deposits for a so-called Log Cabin home, but which they will never see built. The homes which are featured in their brochure/on the website appear to have been built by the previous owners of the company and seem to have nothing to do with David Muir and his sidekicks! Once youâ??ve paid your deposit and realise youâ??re not getting anything in return, try getting in touch with one of these guys! They suddenly become uncontactable! Think twice before doing business with this man! In the meantime those of us whose money David Muir has stolen are left feeling very angry while he continues to live it up enjoying the spoils of his â??careerâ??!
