Well stocked, but not quite a 'super' store. Friendly staff.Limited home choice, but has cafe and timpsons...usually lots of parking available.Need more choice...a retail park and competition just across the road, so ideally located.

Why is your fuel 7p a lt more expensive than all other Morrisons? Asda 8p cheaper Morrisons Paisley 7p cheaper stop ripping off Dumbarton people . Going to check instore prices as well and compare .

Staff great. Plenty of parking. Better quality fresh meat on offer than other supermarkets and prices reasonable.

Not enough staff to cope! The staff try hard, but seem to struggle to be in two places at once. Ordered two meals with drinks on the self order screen. One meal turned up, waited for the second. Cups tray empty, cutlery run out. Staff sorted these out quickly when asked, but then second meal didn't turn up. Staff explained that it is a regular problem and offered a free drink and cake. Accepted the coffee, then left the premises still hungry, to find a meal elsewhere. This was after finding the Morrisons Helensburgh cafe closed yet again and travelling to Dumbarton. I have had similar issues in Fort William Morrisons. Impression is of either lack of or non-existant good management l. It certainly is not the fault of the front end staff who are left to face the customers.

Good place to stock up on groceries if you are heading to Argyle, & Bute. Not many shops beyond Dumbarton . Good range, and keen prices.

Much better shopping experience than Asda and Lidls and they have much better facilities for recycling bags and wrappers etc. The others could learn from this

Tried again after previous bad experience and bought fish and chips. Fish was absolutely HUGE hanging off both sides of the plate and very well cooked. But I still had reservations,,,,,everywhere you look there are large posters telling you that the price is £6.49 both in Dumbarton and Partick shops but we were charged £6.99. All the condiments are labelled on the self service tray nect to the coffee machine but they are all wrong there is no venegar, tartare sauce, or tomato sauce we had to ask. Chips went cold very fast while I was buttering my bread and the tiny little garden peas were fridge cold, why not mushy peas anyway. Chips were whole full size this time instead of shrapnel like my previous review. So I would go again for the fish but there is still lots of room for improvement. Get the price thing sorted that's illegal advertising.
