Poor service with 10 min+ wait times. Staff have no sense of urgency and often counter is unmanned. Self service terminal never has receipt paper. Restaurant has no atmosphere, feels like an empty canteen. Pricing has sky rocketed while quality falls. Carpark is cramped and poorly lit. Cars travel far to fast with the limited pedestrian safe zones. Delivery drivers are dangerously abandoned everywhere.
Dietary restrictions: Awful
Kid-friendliness: No kids area
Wheelchair accessibility: Kind of but with parking issues and layout of restaurant it's not great

Two times I've gone in just to grab a MC flurry and haven't gotten 1 So I've decided just give up and I went to KFC

Nothing really change since the last visit. Place not even busy but still long waiting times as all the stuff prefer to sing and jump in the kitchen instead of getting some work done.

I ordered food to be delivered, as I write this I have been waiting over an hour and the app is telling me it will be another hour. What a disgrace, and they say I can't get a refund, I'm sure once it gets here some time this week there will be something missing from the order. Order a pizza instead. Update. The food arrived and it was frozen and the ice cream was melted what a total scam the McDonald's delivery is. Don't use it because they couldn't care less about you.

Staff messed up order went into branch to collect missing items, was left ignored at the till by numerous staff members who all seemed to be having a carry on and laugh with each other rather than working. I say this as I stood waiting at till area and a few of the girls made eye contact but not once took the initiative to ask why i was waiting there. Only people who could be seen working on the floor was the cleaner and the poor boy who was running out to the cars on the cold wet night with the backed up orders. One Staff actually had to cheek to ask where he had been before asking what I wanted. No apologies made for the 10min wait or even for the messed up order. Another customer came to till area to ask a question and was ignored also, he went and spoke to the cleaner who helped him. No manager available when I asked to speak to one.. which might explain why no work was being done.

Picked up our drive thru order and drove out of Dumbarton as we usually do to eat our meal before heading home to the highlands. Could not believe there was no burger in my big tasty meal, just a bun with cheese and salad! I was told on the phone to bring my receipt for a refund but we were already too far away from the store. I asked about napkins as this franchisee doesn't give them out very often for takeaway meals (4 times out of 25 visits), the manager told me they had ran out and she had to go to Balloch to borrow some. She also said that window counter staff were being trained to put napkins in the bags? Unfortunately I don't hold out much hope if they can't manage to put a burger in a bun. Please check your orders before leaving the premises to avoid disappointment.

Ordered food that was 2 hours to then get an ice cold meal , melted milkshakes and barely any fries . Tried to call the store to get a refund or new food sent out and they did not answer. So then had to go down to the store where I was greeted by a bald man with a severe attitude problem . I was ofcoarse angry that I?ve had to wait two hours then drive all the way down to the store for him to then raise his voice at me , swear and not even remake or refund the order . Since this place was refurbed and they hired new staff it seems the place is a joke ! Every time I have ordered from there something has been wrong .and the ?manager?? the way he spoke to a customer who was rightfully angry was deplorable ! A complaint has been raised about him. Someone that can?t deal with rightfully unhappy customers shouldn?t have a job like that . My self and the people around me were disgusted with how he dealt with the situation . We have contacted head office and await for them to reply . So if you can AVOID ! Go to the balloch one instead they atleast get your order right and don?t give you attitude when they mess up

If you go for a breakfast drive through then there is always a wait of well over 5 minutes. Its quicker if you go inside. The rest of the day it's quick service though

Poor service, bins overflowing, lots of rubbish on the floor and tables . Lots of staff but nobody cleaning tables or emptying bins .

Got a bad experience at this McDonalds. It was quite empty, not many people waiting for orders at all. But somehow the service was really slow. On top of that, part of my order was missing. It was really disappointing!

How difficult is it to get an order correct??
EVERY SINGLE TIME! Absolute useless.
Whoever the manager is needs sacked and someone who can actually train the staff properly to read and check.
Also park up every time? For a happy meal?! Jesus! What a joke of a place
