Fantastically helpful shop and staff. Twice now they have been super nice by giving me the lesser strength version of my medication whilst I wait for the full strength version to be ordered in.i cannot thank them enough. Unlike all other pharmacy's on the High St,who were totally unhelpful and even rude. Thanks again

Not amazing customer service in-store but their 24 hour collection service is absolutely brilliant and they have consistently been the only pharmacy to ALWAYS have my prescription. Best pharmacy in the high st tbh

I visited the mackie pharmacy today and the staff really went out their way to help me. Earlier in the day I had visited two other local pharmacys who sent me away with no help but mackies went out their way to help. Being relatively knew to dumbarton I will definitely be using mackies as my pharmacy from now on thanks to the helpful staff.
