While driving today with my wife on th A82 suddenly the front nearside wheel started to make loud screeching noise .i slowed down and carefully drove to dumbarton kwik fit branch.the staff could not be any more helpful and investigated the cause of the problem swiftly.this turned out to be a pebble from a pothole which became lodged in brake assembly.This was rectified quickly by most helpful staff ..i cannot praise them enough for their professional expertise and courtesy. Awful experience, would give 0 stars if could. They've changed rear brakes and discs for my car last September and after a few months a weird noise appeared when driving. I took the car back to them and they said the issue was with one of the front calipers and also that the brakes needed to be changed. After over £100 bill and 15min of driving, the noise was there again! Took the car to a proper mechanic who immediately identified the issue with the rear brakes as it hasn't been changed properly. How can you specialise in brakes and won't be able to change it properly?? What if there will be issues with front brakes after a few months as well?? Waste of time and money with such incompetent "mechanics"

Was forced to stop off at the garage on my way home after I had two tyres fitted during my MOT but one deflated. The guys were fantastic, had my car on the ramp in minutes tyres off and re sealed and I was back on the road in 20 mins. No payment was accepted. Class act thank you for the top service!
