Came in got my usual 2 chicken fillet tower burgers and lrg popcorn chicken and a chicken wrap..... place was empty which was nice peace n quiet never have I had that in a KFC but other than the staff it was purely me.myself and yeah you guessed it I...... I know it will never happen again but , you got to enjoy the little things.

If I could give 0 stars I would - ordered a delivery at 11.58am today - 3 hours later still hasent arrived ???? - phoned 19 times after waiting nearly two hours, no one answers the phone or just hangs up the reciever , then low and behold at 3.05pm my just eat app pops up claiming they delivered at 1.30pm, funny that when just before, it said it was due to be delivered between 1.45 - 2.15pm but its now 3pm ????? Who did we deliver to?? Who knows ?? How did the just eat driver manage to go back in time to deliver at 1.30pm??? maybe they borrowed a Delorean from Marty McFly ???
Just Eat and this particular KFC are an absolute shambles!!!!

Always miss things from your order.
Fryers are always dirty.
Staff are totally hopeless which is a shame because that's down to poor management. If management don't care then why would the staff. Well known for being the worst KFC in scotland

Came in to KFC Dumbarton to be told very politely that they have no chicken legs!!!!! And will be a 20 minute wait!! Shocking,, Really!!! surly making sure you have plenty of every kind of chicken ready!!! After all it is supposed to be fast food!!!! Not in here !!! ?????

Restaurant dirty, food and debris covered every surface in the empty restaurant. Toilets so disgusting I couldn?t let my child use. Food took forever but was somehow cold and I got literally 5 chips with my meal?? Also the restaurant was absolutely freezing, I asked the worker to turn on the heating and he told me it didn?t have any because the owners told them it was too expensive - I felt so sorry working in those conditions and could understand why they couldn?t be bothered to actually work! Joke of a place that needs to be investigated ASAP!!!

Every surface coated in grease. Could skate on the floor grease. Staff demotivated, uninterested, unfriendly. No wonder the place is empty. Front door does not work. Didn't stay to buy anything due to hygene ... place is filthy... staff lazy plain to see. nightmare. AAAND
No price boards? And the place has been filthy for years. It's a midden. God knows what contaminates linger in that grease infested floor.. give u the boak... puke

The place feels cold, staff aren't interested in the customer at all. Order is constantly wrong, I've had deliveries I've dined in and I've went through the drive through, not once have I gotten the correct order. So I've given up. No more KFC for us.
