“ Bought stair carpet but was not happy with fitter or the shoddy way carpet was fitted. Contacted carpetright Dumbarton store and dealt with Annette and Simon who were more than apolegetic and helpful. Within 2 weeks new stair carpet ordered and fitted by another carpet fitter Robert who was a pleasure to have in my home and his attention to detail was appreciated. Sometimes stores dont always get it right but the way they can deal with it can be the difference between a bad experience or an experience which would have you recommending them which i certainly would.
