Visited the store today, Nicola was absolutely amazing! Great natural customer service, nothing too much trouble. I love this store,every visit is a pleasure .The store was clean and well-stocked, and checkout was fast. I really appreciated the friendly atmosphere and personal attention. Will definitely return.

I love shopping from their website online I also enjoy coming to shopping here as well . Very fast dispatch and well packaged if you decide to shop online.Over all Outstanding customer services very polite friendly knowledgeable staff .

Checked website for stockists of Mullein tea, was told Dumbarton branch stocked it. Went to dumbarton, they don't stock it. Wasted journey.
