The staff are very friendly. And the veggie options are always delicious. Today, I bought a tea, orange juice, and an iced finger. I went to the tables, stumbled, and dropped my iced finger on the floor - icing side down. (I'm very pregnant at the moment and trip up all the time). The staff replaced the iced finger free of charge. They were really nice about it, too.

Brilliant food is really good if you get in fast enough before they sell out chocolate eclairs got hubby an alternative it's nice but not a eclair lol
