Ordered from just eat for it to come up saying it isn?t coming untill tomorrow. Phoned the shop when a rude man kept saying they hadn?t had a just eat order for hours! Told him I had literally just placed one but he kept repeating they hadn?t had one for hours. Spoke to manager who was nice but unable to help which meant waiting on a refund with no food. Told to reorder

It's a Greggs. They are all to the same standard, and they all sell the same delicious food. Popped in for lunch, and was not disappointed. A sausage roll to sit in was £1.90, my lunch in total was £7.00 to sit in - excellent value, and warm and filling for when I went back out into the chilly weather.

This shop is a DISGRACE i went in yesterday and as per usual after 2pm no honey roast salad baguettes! So bought one of the smaller softer rolls the ones which have honey roast ham and egg salad in them and roll wasn't even buttered!! Recently bought a baguette and the baguette had not been baked it was pure white raw. When they are out of your choice of roll and you ask them to make you one up the look on their faces..... they are LAZY LAZY LAZY they just want to stand about chatting to each other, god forbid they actually have to do a bit of work. A few weeks ago I asked them to make me up a salad roll and they told me ALL ingredients were out of stock .....nothing but a pack of lies. There are "some" good staff who will make you up rolls no problem but the majority are just too lazy! When they stack the shelves with bottles of juice they put the new stock (which is warm) TO THE FRONT so the end result is that you can never get a cold drink unless you start digging through them to get to the back. The staff should be revolving them so that the most recent stock updates are put to the back.The most inefficient of ALL the greggs branches and despite complaining to their head office nothing ever changes. GO ELSEWHERE FOLKS. Dumbarton football ground now do rolls between 10-12am for £2 each and are excellent. You will also get excellent filled rolls from the little cafe round the corner from where Julie's Kitchen used to be.

Always consistent, although I feel for the staff recently who seem to be under pressure from staffing problems? Also notice a changing number of faces at my local branch, but still a strong core of staff who have been serving for years.

Located opposite Partick train station (more or less), I?ve popped in here on a couple of occasions recently for a small order. No complaints with the food / drink, staff or cleanliness - all as expected for a typical Greggs. I?ll no doubt pop my head in again.

Grub is OK..Cake options are pretty basic.Sandwiches and baguettes could always do with some salt and pepper which they don't supply, I'd raise to 4 stars if S and P were available. Easily enough sorted if you go into Subway next door but you shouldn't have too.

Staff Very helpful and the food and drink is off the highest quality. I'd recommend this place as it's clean, tidy well stocked . Like before the people are helpful and the food is wholesome and filling plus a variety of different foods. All the best Folks for the weekend.
