Ordered big order by delivery but they gave me 1 wrong pizza. They gave me a pepparami/meat pizza instead of margarita.
When phoned up manager told I need to wait more than 1 hour for an exchange.
When I told them I should be there priority manager then offered me full refund which I accepted. Still haven't got the refund after almost 3 weeks. I phoned again today manager said he will contact area manager.
When area manager phoned he said he can only offer half refund. Very disappointed
Store manager is telling me something and telling area manager different story.

Placed an order and it took a hour and a half to get here, phoned up a hour after ordering to be told the Uber eats machine was frozen the last 20 mins and it would be with me shortly. Waited about 25-30 mins until it arrived. Driver never apologies or anything. Just a lack of care

We usually use the Johnstone branch which is always fine, went to a friend's house and ordered from Dumbarton - absolutely useless. 2 of 3 pizzas wrong. Tandoori hot without mushroom (even printed on box label) but had mushrooms. Korean BBQ had no BBQ sauce on top (the thing that gives it the taste). Called the store and they said because the Korean is a limited edition and is coming to an end soon they have no sauce left! So they're happy to keep selling it knowing they won't be putting the sauce on it that customers expect. Pizza was dry and tasteless. Asked for a refund and not credit as we won't be in the area to use that store again, refund promised but yet to materialise. Pretty hopeless. For the price of Dominos, you expect them to get it right and deliver a quality product.

I went into the Helensburgh branch today and found it really dirty and the staff were not using gloves and a lot of cross contamination so would not advise anyone who is vegan or vegetarian to eat anything from there.

Good pizza, always made fast and on time. Adam the pizza maker - best in town! And the man serving collections this afternoon (05/01/24) was great too. I?ve never had any issues when ordering gluten free pizzas over the last few years eitherDietary restrictions: Gluten free pizzas available and consistently well delivered however it would be good if the toppings were customisable
