Refused meds because my partner was 3 days early by a nasty nasty man who left me with no medication what kind of human being would do such a thing ? Complaints to head office ignored but I am taking it further it's now in the hands of my lawyer!

Tried to order online for store collection but as I was paying by gift card I had to order in-store. Ridiculous in this day of online shopping that you cannot use a gift card online. Boots need to get this sorted.When in store the staff were really lovely and helpful making sure the process was as easy as it could be and I was able to select the next day for delivery to the store. A text notified me that the order was ready for collection and I picked it up with no issues.I think if I had not been using a gift card the process of ordering online would have been simple but ultimately it was inconvenient to go and order in store.

Out of the other chemists in Dumbarton I prefer boots they are quick and very efficient as well as being very helpful

Friendly and Knowledgeable, the staff are a credit to Boots. I travel further to this branch through choice, and have my repeat prescriptions sent there.
