I would be extremely careful.when in Glasgow Argyle Street Branch.I was using the Pay in Machine which broke down only paying back part of my money.I was Assured by Ahmed Manager that the £400 would be in my account next day.Which it wasn't.I contacted the Branch and Kirsty called back saying she couldn't hear myself and cutting myself of.I contacted the Complaints Department and Nic.did the investigation in a morning.and sending a Text.I thought the Mission statement for Bank of Scotland was By Your Side they never were.Only Fraudlently By each others side.I just had Major Brain Surgery. and on Chemo.I think they should have training in That not all Disabilities are visible. This has caused extreme stress and anxiety. I did go into Argyle Street Glasgow and Amhed was extremely aggressive. Saying I could not prove anything.Still awaiting for the internal Fraud team to Investigate.
