Such a shame about the poor plants clearly left to die right outside the doors. If you can't be bothered to water them, you really shouldn't be selling them Asda. Do better.

Most beautiful part is its 24 hr for all sections except liquor. Liquor available only from 10 am to 10 pm. The service are perfect.

The big guy who works at customer service is in the wrong job I have had dealings with him three times and each time he is ruder than the first waited at customer service for an online order he didn?t tell me was there when I asked about it he said I wasn?t there when I was stood there the entire time right in front of him. He seems to go out of his way to be rude to customers shouldn?t really be working in customer service. Puts me off buying anything I have to pick up from Asda Dumbarton store.

Asda Dumbarton is a well-stocked store with good variety and plenty of parking. Staff are generally helpful, though service can be hit or miss at times. A convenient spot for everyday shopping.

Big shout out to Ann at Cigarettes and lottery counter, she was such a lovely and kind woman, had enquiry at counter and she went over and above to help me and couldn't have been nicer or kinder, she is an absolute credit to company. Ann thank you so much xx

Kiosk staff, self check out staff and delivery service all excellent. Click and collect is awful. Quickest time waiting has been 20 minutes. Longest (today) 35 minutes. Lesson learnt, do the shop yourself, get it delivered or go elsewhere for click and collect if time is an issue.

Shelves are very scarce. Also watch out for being overcharged as ticketing is diabolical.

Absolutely nothing in the sandwich section for a Coeliac, even the salads all have pasta in them. Went to grab some falafel instead only to find they have wheat in them too. falafel is no meant to be made with wheat flour!
