Completely ghosted by mortgage advisor Heather Lindsey. Very unprofessional in her role and gives Allen & Harris company a bad name. Spent most of our appointment talking about herself.

Would give 0 stars but not an option. Our house sold in a week. We were given no advice nothing. The buyers were taking their time we were constantly chasing for updates advice. 17 weeks later estate agent quits buyers pulls out. Would not recommend.

2 occasions now I've asked for a Home report and they haven't sent one. The 1st time, I was completely ignored on a property and a week later they start sending marketing/spam e-mails with absolutely zero relevance to what I asked for in the 1st place. Then sent a home report after I asked them to stop sending marketing e-mails (which I never gave permission to do so) but advised that the vendor has accepted an offer on it. What's the point in sending a home report a week after requesting one when an offer has already been accepted? Yesterday I requested a home report for a different property and have been completely ignored again.Every other estate agent I contact either already upload a copy of the home report to download (to save the time wasting exercise of requesting one) or will send one within 30mins of requesting one. Not sure why such a simple request seems to be so difficult for this estate agent.On this experience I certainly would avoid selling my property through them, because if your deliberately ignoring potential buyers then as a seller you may receive less on the sale of a property than you could because Allen & Harris cant be bothered sending home reports which can then turn into viewings meaning more interest in the property.Very unprofessional and certainly won't be going anywhere near this company again.

Don't trust these guys with your home I trusted the photographer to come in and put my landlord's flat up for let and when I came home my house was opened to the world, if you use these guys don't trust them in your home alone

I have bought my first home with my partner. We had spoken to other mortgage advisors and didn?t seem to get the ?click? and held off as we weren?t sure where to start.We came across a property which we liked and were introduced to Brogan MacKay in August 2020. We found a home which we absolutely loved and it was with Allen & Harris.It?s pretty scary buying your first home and having no guidance. Brogan was really professional and helped throughout the whole process. If we had any questions, Brogan was able to answer anything and everything. She was always in contact and still is.We moved into our home on the 7th December 2020 and absolutely delighted we chose Brogan to be our Mortgage Advisor and will continue to recommend her to our friends and family. We?d also seek her help in the future if we were ever to buy again.Thank you again Brogan & Allen and Harris team!

She was very helpful and made the entire process go with ease, I would highly recommend her to anyone who is considering to buy especially first time buyers as she is very patient and understanding throughout the process.

We bought our first property with the help of Brogan and we couldn't recommend her enough. Brogan is a fantastic person who is completely empathetic and understanding toward your personal needs. She understands that the process of buying your first home can be so stressful. She is quick to respond and explain anything you don't understand. She walked us through the process and eventually managed to get us a suitable mortgage. She helped us to set our expectations around the property market in this difficult time and helped us secure our lovely home. Her communication was excellent, even responding when she wasn't in the office! She has even been in touch following the sale asking how we're getting on. Absolutely lovely person and hopefully will get to use her services again in the future!

My partner and I were first time buyers, had met with mortgage advisors previously which was very hit and miss. We then heard of Brogan Mackay after contacting Allen and Harris regarding a property. We spoke and instantly felt at ease, understanding of our position, understanding of how quick properties were selling during these times and how quickly we wanted to act. Brogan always went above and beyond for us and what is a very stressful time as we have never been in this position before we were always reassured and guided to the best decisions and after months and months of house hunting, we were able to secure a mortgage. Brogan has always checked in with us, responded to what now seems like silly questions and always made us feel like we were her only clients.
