Myself and my partner were up for weekend from Dundee.Had a lovely Friday night at the opening of the newly extended Inn.Returned on the Saturday for a meal for Mothers Day with my partner ,my son and his friend.We ordered the seafood linguine which consisted of 5 mussels and 8 clams on a bed of linguine.The mussels were fine but 4 of the clams weren't open.When this was brought to the chefs attention by Craig who was working in the bar,the chef said they were cooked,as this was our concern,he also said they just needed prised open !!!!! With what. ??I am more concerned as Myself and my partner were unwell on Sunday with a sore stomach and nausea.This meal cost £18.95 and all in with drinks the bill was £116.00.Safe to say we wo t be returning.As to your reply we were not offered a replacement so that is a lie

The room is spacious with views of the river, very clean, the beds are comfortable, the shower has hot water and it also has two bathrooms which is very good for us being 4 adults.The waiters are super attentive and friendly, the food is super delicious and very good value for money...so much so that we had dinner and breakfast at the hotel.If one day I return I will definitely repeat

I cannot stop thinking about this village and this inn. Recently made our way up to the area for the first time and we were greeted with the friendliest people and picturesque natural beauty. This inn has great food, lovely atmosphere, and very clean rooms. Would happily stay here again.

Perfect location, quiet and very close to Urquhart Castle along Loch Ness.Super welcoming and friendly staff. Top bar and restaurant. Comfortable room.Exceptional breakfast!Special mention for the eggs royale!

Very nice and welcoming hotel since we set a foot in the door. The restaurant was lovely and very clean also the food was very good! Recommend the Italian meat ragù as a starter! Our room was very clean and cosy with some lovely beds!

This is our second time staying at the Loch Ness Inn and it was just as good as the first. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the rooms are cosy and warm with a great bathroom. The meals are excellent. In fact everything is first class and we have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Lovely inn with friendly staff and a great bar/restaurant. Some nice Scottish beers on tap and vegan food was very good. The room wasn't very soundproof and ours was right above the bar but as we were in the bar for most of the evening, we didn't really mind and it was quiet by about 10.30pm.

Went here for dinner a couple of times as it was nearby. It was lovely food and the staff were friendly.

Warm welcome with lovely staff, Room well presented very clean with comfortable bed relaxing provided with amenities including bathrobe yor will find in 5 star hotel, Dinner was well good I had Haggis followed by haddock well presented and delicious, breakfast using local produce. Fantastic location, Definitly will return. was beyond expectations. WELL DONE!

Excellent place to stay in the heart of Loch Ness. The accomodation has a sharing kitchen with all amenities and has a stream going right behind. Everything was neat and clean as well.
