Didn?t take photos sadly, since this was without a doubt the best meal we had in Scotland. I had the lamb, my finance a fish dish with a curry sauce. Both were amazing and truly the best food we had this week in Scotland.

Very nice fish and chips, albeit a very strange shape. Looks like a corner was cut out. My friends fish looked normal. Sticky toffee pudding not to my taste (and I've had a few). Bitter taste and burnt, hard bottom. I changed it for apple and rhubarb crumble with custard which was nice. The waitress wanted to charge me for the sticky toffee pudding because she thought I changed it because I didn't like sticky toffee pudding. I love sticky toffee pudding, just not this one. In the end they removed it from the bill but unfortunately, like the pudding, the interaction with the waitress left a bad taste in my mouth.

Make sure to make a booking by phone. Highly recommend this pub for a dinner, if you?re staying around the area. The scallops are top notch. If you?re lucky there will be live music at 9PM!

According to the proprietor, Clachan means a comfortable place where people meet to be together and have a good time, and I couldn?t describe it better. Feels like you?re a guest in a lovely home with delicious cooking. And the live tunes were truly the cherry on top.
Stop here on your way back from the Isle of Skye and you won?t be disappointed.

We loved this pub and the food we ate was outstanding. Cooked to perfection and served by caring servers who smiled and were pleasant.
It was a fantastic meal at reasonable prices.

So glad we managed to get a table. The staff were fantastic, the food was epic, atmosphere was electric. Would recommend anyone heading to Dornie to go. I'll be back, might be next year though ?. Thanks again to all the staff.

Quintessential Scottish pub experience - crowded with friendly folks, great whisky, and cute dogs. The bar is tiny so I imagine on a really busy night there might be a wait for a drink but we were served as soon as we walked in. No tables or space at the bar, but folks squeezed over to make space for us anyway. Great spot.

Great - went in for Thursday night live music. The lady seating people told us they were full but we could have a drink at the bar. She then promptly found us a last minute table where we got to enjoy delicious food and great music! Staff were great and couldn?t have been more accommodating
