We?re pretty happy with our WoodBlocX planter. We sent over a drawing of what we were after and they made up a design for us in a couple of days. The cost was acceptable and we had it delivered within the week. Unfortunately it was missing four of the same blocks (seemingly a common issue) but these were sent out within a few days. My only feedback to them was that it would be helpful if there instructions were clearer on how to line the inside of the planter - and a video would be great.Building the planter was quite fun - though quite hard work. It?s basically like giant Lego with a hammer. Make sure you have the correct hammer or it would prove pretty difficult to do as some bits need quite a lot of force to put together, especially the rounded corners.

Very poor! Unable to order in the Republic of Ireland. Told to order via email! Then told designer would be in contact and still waiting over 2 weeks. Extremely poor service

I bought three raised bed kits, two octagonal and one rectangular, recently. Although the delivery lead in time was quite lengthy the kits arrived a day early, packed by block size on a pallet. I?d sent in a few queries prior to delivery, all of which were responded to promptly and helpfully. I found the on line instructions clear and the YouTube video was helpful too. It?s all about preparation and getting the ground level and the first layer correct is critical. Once I?d done this though, the beds went together quickly and each bed took 3 or 4 hours to finish. There were a few spare blocks and loads of plastic dowels. I?m delighted with the finished product and, as a diy incompetent, my friends cannot believe that I built it! This is a very professional company with a great product and I would thoroughly recommend them.
