My train, the first of the day, was delayed by flooding on the line. I was unavoidably late for my appointment, but the staff were sympathetic and helpful. Everyone I spoke to took time to explain, and to listen to my questions. My time was limited by the time of the one return train home, so I shall return to complete my appointment.

I don?t often leave reviews? However, this branch is outstanding. Professional, friendly and accommodating. The team will do everything they can to look after you! One of the team met me away from the branch to make sure I had my prescription as quickly as possible. Another saw me urgently even though it interrupted their lunch break. Thank you. You?re all brilliant!
