Quite late we moved into an AirBnB next door, luckily ? there was this shop. The children tried very hard to serve my tired uncle (who had driven 400 miles before). Had spare ribs and some curry noodles. The ribs were pretty good only the ones from Hells Pizza in Tauranga were way better, oh I digress. Huge portions, very cheap and tasty

I was worried about not being able to find a Chinese takeaway that was on par with the one I frequented in Bracknell.
So far we have tried the chicken fried rice, chicken chow mein and the sweet and sour chicken balls. The food is AMAZING! So good that after the first visit, we went back 2 days later for more.
The portion sizes are huge for the prices too!

Chips were dried up and overcooked. Because I ate the rest of my dinner first before calling I was told it was too late for them to refund the cost of the chips! Very poor customer service and not even a replacement offered off my next order. Just kept saying it was too late I should have phoned as soon as I got home and let my meal go cold. They also got my order wrong and the beef in the curry was a bit chewy.

Distressing scenes at the takeaway this evening. Unfortunate child caught in the middle of parents and customers as translator, leading to total breakdown and upsetting scenes. All avenues attempted to resolve the situation but upsettingly a total breakdown in communications led to awful scenes and a distressing experience. Food was up until then, the main issue, which was in itself poor. However this quickly became irrelevant upon witnessing distressing scene involving a child. Would not return again under any circumstances and have further more serious concerns.

Simple order turned into WW3. One complaint turned into a unfortunate child screaming at parents and customers stuck in the middle of a customer complaint. Awful communication, no solutions and serious concerns over child labour. Very regular customers who will not return after witnessing distressing child scenes and utter disregard for children and customers. Very upsetting.
