We arrived a tad bit late and the staff was super warm and accommodating. Our guide was super knowledgeable and walked us through the history and the process of distilling each type of whisky, as we got to taste them. They pair each of the four whiskeys with an artisan crafted piece of chocolate from Highland Chocolatier....
