Great service and nothing was too much bother when I asked some local questions and bus timetable. Rooms are tired and need upgrading but clean. WiFi shocking for todays world. I booked in advance so the price was good.

I expected the room to be a bit decent for the money i paid. It was a bit tired with an old dirty carpet . The staff were helpful and friendly though. I have stayed in other Premier Inns which were better

Exceptional staff, they were all very friendly and helpful, especially dining room staff at breakfast. The full breakfast was excellent value for money, something for everyone. Rooms a bit tired but overall good value for money. Very clean and beds very comfortable

Converted room was very spacious and suited my wife?s needs , as she has a walking difficulty. Staff were very helpful and went the extra mile by telephoning me a few days prior to my arrival that I was indeed allocated a room close to the facilities within the complex

Rooms are OK. Reasonable size and comfortable. Lady on reception pleasant. Could do with more plug sockets, we all have things to charge. Also get rid of toilet paper dispenser which is hard to get paper out of. By far the worst thing is the Brewers Fayre restaurant. You have no choice but to eat there. This time it was utterly dire. A table booked for 7pm we eventually placed our order at 7-30. Starter arrived at 8 just after. Main course arrived getting on for 9pm. New cocktail advertised used cheap gin instead of what was on the menu. Hardly any staff and no apology. Husband's "gourmet" burger was overcooked with cremated bacon and cheese that they hadn't even bothered to try and melt. I have contacted Premier Inn about this and been completely ignored. This really is sub standard service. A family with children were kept waiting and so were the couple next to us. We are definitely looking at alternatives. We use it before early flights but no more

Use Premier Inn's a fair bit, this particular one is in need of a make over. Rooms seem very tired, bathroom door not closing as an example along with clear water ingress on the unit supporting sink making the appearance of the unit to be "blown". On the whole Ok, but i would say the worse Premier Inn i have stayed in.

We booked this Hotel as we were going to a wedding in the local area. There were five of us in the party and we all had a great stay. The staff were helpful, especially Stacey in the Dining Area. We had booked the evening meal/breakfast deal and Stacey talked us through it and was very attentive. She was also there for Breakfast duty and again pointed us in the right direction. The food was of a very good standard and we all enjoyed all of our meals, which were great value for money. The rooms were clean and fresh but the decor could do with a bit of upgrading, this did not affect our stay at all. we would definitely stay again.

Restaurant was excellent, hostess was very friendly and helpful as wee have an autistic child we were seated in a perfect area, very grateful for that. The food was prompt hot and delicious they could not have done anymore for us. I will definitely be back as we love a day on the coast and now we love this restaurant too.

Car park was full so they blocked off the entrance and were waving everyone away. The entrance comes off of a dual carriageway, so you have no chance to ask any questions unless you are mental and come to a stop in the road. Only one entrance, so there's no access at all if they decide to block access and nowhere to park nearby. Tried calling the reception number, but no one bothers to answer. Had to organise another hotel elsewhere after failing to get through to their customer service number.
