Just phoned the shop to see if they had a specific trainer and size in stock to make sure I didn?t waste a 2 hour round trip. Spoke with Scott and the Manager Mary. Couldn?t have been more helpful even though they were busy. Unfortunately didn?t have my size but fantastic service. Thanks for your help.

I used to pass TOFS on my way home from work and bought many good bargains there. However it's a long time ago and I decided to make a special trip only to find that it no longer stocks some of my favourite brands. Nevertheless I did purchase trainers which seemed to be on an offer with a further £5 off . However on checking out I was advised that the extra £5 off was only for people who had the TOFS app on their mobile phone. I offered to download the app there and then, but was told I couldn't, so just had the pay the £5 extra. Don't get me wrong the trainers were still at a good discounted price.I have tried a few times to download the TOFS app without success, so doubt I'll be able to qualify for any extra discount in future either. Now I wonder if anyone has managed to get the app on their phone!
