John and Therese in particular will always go the extra mile to support clients and give the most appropriate advice in the situation. I was a little anxious remotely finding a long term rental property in Scotland whilst still in England, especially as I had been told Scotland had a different system. Luckily I chose Gladstones Ltd who guided me seamlessly through the whole process. Efficient and friendly service. Rapid response to problems, we received a new washing machine within a day or 2 of phoning to say ours had broken. And we got our deposit back, always nice.

Worst experience with a letting company. Lynn is such a rude person, very unhelpful. Property in such a bad condition and company doesn't do anything to help. Just ripping people off the deposit
