I just passed by today. But I used their service for MOT - fast and honest service. I'm rather coming back client and never ever had issues. Always fix what need to be fixed never overpriced- only minus ?their are popular and you have to book in advance.

Great place. We rent 2 cars from GP Auto and if anything is wrong, it's never a problem to bring it in and get it fixed. If needed, they will lend you a replacement whilst work is being carried out. Happily reccomend them for repairs and hires.

Highly recommend GP Autos! Staff all very welcoming and go the extra mile to make sure customers leave with a smile. I had two tyres replaced and new break pads, all replaced very quickly even offered me a coffee while i waited! Price was very reasonable as was expecting alot more, i am one happy customer.. They've went out of their way, into the car electrics, to override the dashboard brake pad light, instead of just replacing the brake pad sensor cable, as promised when I bought the car. How sick is that?!When I bought the car, they've assured me that the brakes are fine but the brake pad sensors are missing in front, therefore the light on my dashboard being on all the time. They've asked me to come back at a later date, to have them installed for free. After chasing them for over a month, coming from a long distance, I've left the car and after a few hours they've called me that it is fixed. So they haven't installed the sensors but instead found a way that the computer doesn't inform me of an emergency or fault with the front brakes!!! Therefore, avoid at all costs!Another time, I phoned them, under warranty, that a rear brake is blocked and they've made the appointment for me to come in a few days later, after the warranty has expired, charged me for the repairs and blamed it all on me, after giving a quote of £400 to replace a caliper which normally costs around £150 in normal garrages!Scammers? Liars? Or just sick-minded?

The worst garage I have ever had to deal with sold two cars which where not fit for purpose when approached the boss who at one time was shouting and swearing while my very young baby was there !! he is a very rude aggressive unhelpful when there is clearly a health and safety issues with the car witch trading standards are now heavily involved over these concerns STAY AWAY FROM GP AUTOS !!!!!!!!!!!!

Phoned up to make appointment to get tyres changed, was told just to come in at 8.30 and will get them changed as quick as can. In morning of arrival was told won't get in even before 9 oclock. Won't be coming back
