I?m 65 years old visiting my son and daughter in law in their new home visited this store this morning very rude blonde cashier on till I bought 6 large cushions and bought a large carrier bag tried to pack it all in one which was very difficult she was not bothered or cared I said i think I need another one she said u will have to buy it I said why can?t u just throw a little one in she said NO it?s 20p I struggled from the shop wiv s large carrier bag that has no handle walking down the street wiv all this load . I?m a pensioner and found this very difficult going into other shops how ridiculous this is with customer care which she showed none of - seriously think u should not have people on the shop floor who are not friendly or caring . Will not visit this B&M again - feedback from yourselves would be appreciated
