Having not sold a property for seventeen years I was nervous to say the least. I shouldn't have been because when George came to view my house he put me completely at ease. He explained everything thoroughly and didn't mind answering any questions that I had. He was knowledgeable about the area and very reassuring the house would sell. One day when I couldn't face having viewers round Cormac stepped up to the mark and showed the viewer round. Cormac was always at the end of the phone when I needed any help. The team work well together and I was so happy I chose them. I would definitely recommend Your Move to anyone considering moving house.

We're writing to sing the praises of Cormac Christie, sales negotiator at YourMove, Dalgety Bay. Cormac supported us, as purchasers in a recent transaction, and his own clients, as sellers, in an exemplary way - with professionalism, with care and most importantly with patience, as it turned out that the transaction was not a straightforward one with various twists and turns we eventually had to follow, at the behest of our own lenders. Nonetheless, Cormac stuck with us all every step of the way and took care to keep everyone involved in the transaction fully in the loop, with the awareness of the balance that has to be maintained between ensuring the sellers' security vis a vis their sale, and giving the purchasers sufficient time to put all the lending ducks in order! It was all pretty impressively done. We are genuinely grateful to him and his colleagues in Dalgety Bay for their extraordinary service - which went beyond the norm. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them all as highly professional, with local expert knowledge.

An excellent service from George, Cormac and the rest of the team to help sell my flat. I found George to be very professional and knowledge about the local area, which made the decision to choose Your Move very easy. He then helped to present my flat in the best way, which ensured there was a lot of interest in my property. My flat was then sold very quickly and went above both the Home Report value and the marketed price ? really couldn?t ask for more from an Estate Agent, highly recommended!

Absolutely ?Top Notch? service from George, Cormac and the rest of the team at the Dalgety Bay branch of Your Move. From our first meeting with him, we were really impressed with his attentiveness, professionalism and friendly manner. He presented our house in the best possible way, which attracted several potential buyers to view the property.Very early on, we had a family bereavement and had to temporarily suspend the sale of our house. The cancellation and subsequent reinstatement of the Your Move contract was seamless. George called us regularly to keep us updated and also to see how we were coping. This personal approach was a real comfort to us and confirmation that we had definitely made the right choice. Cormac was first class too and built a rapport with us equally as well as George.The property was sold above the Home Report value and marketed price, at a time when Bank and mortgage interest rates were rising.We can?t recommend Your Move at Dalgety Bay highly enough, as they really made us feel, and quickly realise without doubt, that THEY ACTUALLY CARED!

Top quality service from George and his team at Your Move Dalgety Bay. Made selling my elderly mother?s house easy, which was important as I don?t stay local. At every stage of the process communication was excellent, all my queries were promptly answered, and the advice provided was sound. There was no push to use in house services like some other estate agents when I stated I wanted to use my own surveyor and solicitor as known to my mother. Viewings were arranged to suit my mother and when she came down with COVID George was totally understanding and managed to maintain interest and rearrange viewings. House went on market in March with sale completed in May for more than asking price ? doesn?t get much better than that!

George and his team where first class. Very professional, yet personable at the same time. Outstanding service from all. It does pay to go for a larger organisation, as they have the resources to pick up enquires when it got really busy. In summary, highly recommended.
