Recommend this firm highly. Every effort was made to resolve the electrical issues in our home as quickly as possible and a full EICR report completed specifying what work needing to be done to bring the electricals up to standard. This work was done promptly and efficiently and the guys cleaned up afterwards and left the place tidy. Everyone was helpful from the office administrator to the manager and the electricians doing the work who explained the process and answered any questions.

Daniel Gardner installed our first infrared panel heater for us. We really liked and appreciated the promptness with which DG responded to our initial request, came out to assess and measure the requirements and then installed the panel. Installation was excellent, the job was done with care and consideration and the finish is perfect. Very satisfied!

We used Daniel Gardner Electrical to check the Consumer Unit etc and the various fittings in our home which is around forty years old. From initial approach to carrying out the tests to receipt of a further quote for remedial work to carrying out the remedial work and retesting took about three weeks from start to finish. Excellent service throughout. We used them on recommendation from a friend and will certainly recommend them to others.

I contacted Daniel Gardner to help with my electrics in an old cottage as circuits were constantly tripping. They responded quickly and traced the problem along with identifying numerous other problems, including a lack of earth for the wiring. After installing a new consumer unit, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a new outside socket and completing a mammoth task on making the lighting wiring safe they have left me with an electrically safe house. They were so thorough and all the electricians were friendly and really helpful. I am so pleased I used them. Thanks

I got in touch with this company to ask for a quote to install smoke and heat detectors as per new Scottish law. I was quoted £610. I contacted three other companies in the area and their quotes for exactly the same job were between £300 and £340. Complete rip off, considering that everyone is struggling with the cost of living. The excuse I received from this company for quoting that much was that they are simply better than everyone else - of course they are... And after I asked to justify why they want so much money, they blocked me from their Messenger - very professional. Please shop around; there are plenty of decent traders in Fife.

Having been highly recommended by a friend I employed Daniel Gardner to carry out various jobs in my home. Those included installation of new led lighting system in the garage, fitting of legally required smoke, heat and monoxide alarms, and fitting new light fittings both outside and throughout the house. Those jobs were all carried out to a particularly high standard and with the minimum of disruption. I have already recommended this company to our neighbours and have no hesitation in doing so to anyone seeking to have electrical work carried out in their home.

I contacted Daniel Gardner for some advice before contracting them to carry out an electrical inspection. Kieran was very helpful and the inspection was carried out by Neil, who is very thorough. New to Cupar and a friend recommended I go to Daniel Gardner to arrange pendants and lights to be fitted.
Kieran was professional and extremely friendly when I called and reassured me that he would get someone to me asap. Less than 2 weeks later the job was done.
Neil and Phil were great! Checking with me before installing each light and they were genuine, decent guys who just got on with the job.
Will definately be using them again as there is lots of work still to be done.

Called company on a Saturday morning when power failed due to a fault on washing machine. Only company who gave telephone advice to get our power back. Called on Monday morning to install isolator switch. Work carried our very tidily by an extremely competent electrician who explained all work carried out.
