Having been to most of caulders garden centres the best overall is the one at Newton Mearns. Today we went to this one,we waited and waited to be shown to a table although the guy was standing with his back to us. Cleaning of the tables I am sure your policy is not to spray all over the salt,pepper and sugar portions,wipe the table and put debris straight onto the floor. Not a good look to be sitting having g a coffee and a member of staff not one with an apron on shouting across customers to another member of staff. Not impressed.

Really lovely garden centre and cafe. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. Lynn, our server was friendly and welcoming and a credit to the restaurant. Lynn was engaging and making a fuss over our little one and was careful not to spray her whilst cleaning the table beside her. Little things like this deserve an extra bit of recognition. We will for sure be visiting again.

Lots of lovely, well kept plants and loads of other goodies too. Helpful staff as well. The restaurant has a great selection of yummy food especially the cullen skink. Their breakfasts are really tasty.

Caulders Garden Centre is a great place to spend time. It has alot of departments it's not only a garden centre with a tremendous amount of plants to choose from, buts there is a home department gift department and a lovely clothes department, when you have finished checking that out, there is a lovely restuarant and coffee shop to relax in and enjoy good food.
